Nexovant Property Listing Policy and Terms of Service

At Nexovant, we strive to create a transparent, fair, and efficient marketplace for real estate transactions. To maintain a high standard of service and ensure all users benefit from our platform, we have established the following Commission Structure and Terms of Service:

Commission Structure:

Shortlets:

• No listing fees. Property owners can upload shortlet properties for free.
  • However, a service fee is applied upon successful rental:
  • ₦10,000 fee for rentals priced between ₦100,000 to ₦200,000.
  • ₦20,000 fee for rentals priced between ₦300,000 to ₦600,000.
  • For rentals priced above ₦600,000, a 10% commission applies.

Rental Properties:

• No listing fees. However, a service fee is applied upon successful rental:
  • ₦10,000 fee for rentals priced between ₦100,000 to ₦200,000.
  • ₦20,000 fee for rentals priced between ₦300,000 to ₦600,000.
  • For rentals priced above ₦600,000, a 10% commission applies.

Land Sales and High-Value Rentals:

• For properties and land sales exceeding ₦600,000, a 10% commission on the total sale value is charged. This is subject to a formal agreement between Nexovant and the property owner or agent.

Terms of Service:

1. Agreement to Terms:
   By uploading or listing properties on Nexovant’s platform or any affiliated systems, users automatically agree to these terms and conditions, including our commission structure and service fees.
2. Adherence to Terms:
   All property owners and agents are expected to adhere strictly to these terms. Failure to comply will result in appropriate legal action.
3. Non-Compliance Consequences:
   • Legal Action: Nexovant reserves the right to pursue legal action if any user fails to adhere to the agreed terms or attempts to bypass the commission structure.
   • Refund Requirement: If it is determined that a user has violated these terms, Nexovant will reach out to recover any unpaid commissions or fees. Failure to comply may result in further legal proceedings.
